Triathlon Group Training

Starting January 1st we will be offering group training for beginner, intermediate and advanced triathletes training for Spring/Summer triathlons.  Each week you will get 3 group training options, (Saturday long ride, Sunday afternoon swim session, and a Tuesday run), along with weekly supplemental workouts to complete on your own.  In the group workouts we'll work on technique and form to make sure you reach raceday prepared.

This programs works best work for events that occur May and June 2019:
Half Races (1.2 swim, 56 bike, 13.1 run) Ironman 70.3 Gulf Coast or Ironman 70.3 Chattanooga
Olympic Races (.9 swim, 24 bike, 6.2 run) Dickson Endurance, Memphis in May, Tri Louisville, Chattanooga Waterfront
Sprint Races (.5 swim, 12 bike, 3.1 run) Iron Nugget Tri Dickson, Memphis in May, Tri Louisville, Chattanooga Waterfront

Sign up by December 31st to get the discounted rate of $299 for the whole program, on January and 1st the price goes up to $349.
